  • Personal Guarantees are mandatory for  Individuals,  Corporations, Certain Trusts, LLCs, Partnerships, LPs

  • No seasoning required on a refinance

  • Low Doc & Low Credit Score 

  • Rate/Term Refinance, Cash-Out Refinance , Purchase

  • 15, 20, and 30-year terms. 6-month adjustible;2,3, and 7 year fixed, then adjustable

  • Tax Escrows Required

  • Seller seconds up to 20% of property value

  • A : Primary Borrower: middle score must be 680+; low score must be 640+

  • A-: Primary Borrower: middle score must be 640+; low score must be 600+

  • B : Primary Borrower: middle score must be 600+; low score must be 540+
